He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis and Dorothy Englert. He is survived by: his parents, Don Chapelle and Carmela Chapelle (Englert) of Versailles, KY; and his siblings, Katelynn Chapelle of Hickory, NC and Michael Chapelle of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by five aunts, three uncles, and numerous cousins.
