She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Appling Lunceford and Cullen Hanley Lunceford; her siblings, Mildred Jones, Ernest Lunceford, Norman Lunceford, Frank Lunceford, Dorothy Emerson, Weyman Lunceford, Anne Lemmon, C. H. Lunceford and Betty Ralston; and her stepson David Herron.
She is survived by: her husband William Robert Herron; her children, Jackie Wilkins (Billy) of Gulf Shores, Ala., Janet Brock (Gary) of Calhoun, Diane Watkins and Danny Cannon (Mary) of Deatsville, Ala.; her stepchildren, Junia Meggs (Carl) and Dwayne Herron; her stepdaughter-in-law Jackie Herron; her sister Geneva Lane (Leroy); and her sister-in-law Clarice Aycock. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren.
