He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Curry and Ruth Powell Curry of Northport; his sister Carol Curry Robertson; and his brother-in-law John Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Jane Patton Curry; his children, John E Curry Jr. and Julie Curry Brown (Tony); his grandchildren, Caleb Brown (Emily), Anna Jane Brown (Brian), Emily Marie Curry and Ryn Tomlinson; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh Curry and Kennedi Curry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northport Methodist Church (700 Main Ave, Northport, AL 35476). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Northport Methodist Church or to Hospice of West Alabama.
