It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Scarbrough (Tuscaloosa, Alabama), who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ila Mae and Douglas Scarbrough; and his brother Darnell Scarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ray Scarbrough; his daughters, Mary Jane Scarbrough, Lisa Scarbrough Bruton (Kenneth) and Tina Scarbrough Patrick; his grandchildren, Leslie Bruton Tate (Stephen), Ethan Bruton (Ella), Marina Patrick, Analisa Patrick Pujol (Alex), Ezra Patrick and Anna Bruton; and also Monique Lewis.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Bill Scarbrough Maintenance Fund at Trinity United Methodist Church at 729 Paul W. Bryant Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
