She was predeceased by: her mother Day; her grandparents, C. S. "Boss" Hinton, Sr. and Mae Auxford Hinton; her daughter Louise Hardwick Davis; and her husband Dr. Dudley Leonard Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Davis McGiffert (Price) and Josey Davis Lee (John); her grandchildren, Kendall McGiffert Hagood (Harris), William Garrett McGiffert, John Price McGiffert, Jr., Dudley Davis Lee and Joseph Houston Lee; and her great grandchildren, Betty Louise Hagood and Harrison Edward Lee.
