With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marion C. Chappell of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 22, 2025 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton S. Chappell and Exa Verrell Chappell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Cary; his siblings, Vernon, Carl, Mary, Geraldine and Jeannette; and also, Tess, Ben Flanagan, Charlie Foster, Billy Chappell of Eastaboga and Margot.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (605 Lurleen B Wallace N Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401).
