It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Virginia Blake (Tuscaloosa, Alabama), who passed away on August 25, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ryall Caddell and Estelle Newsom Caddell; her brother Harold Caddell; and her grandson Billy Warren. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Blake; her children, Yvonne Clark (Jeff) and Dwight Blake (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Jason Warren (Kari), Lesley McClain (Allen), Samantha Haines (Devan) and Callie Blake. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
