He is survived by : his children, Richard Jeremy Hayes (Lisa) and Kristie Dawn Hayes Kroeger (Tony); his grandchildren, Casey Dawn Kroeger (Clayton), Erin Renae Kroeger (J. D.), Bailey Faith Hayes, Mason Troy Hayes, Houston Wayne Thompson (Paige) and Dallas David Thompson (Jessica); his great grandchild Raegan Kay Thompson; his siblings, Shirley, Jimmy (Linda), Ramona, Tim, Phillip (Lori) and Rhonda (Kenny); his pet Dolly; and his caregivers, Denise, Missy and Roslyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
