He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Sue Kizziah; his daughter Sue Ann Rehmel; his great great grandchild John Tyler Burroughs; his parents, Mattie Snider Kizziah and James Robert Kizziah Sr.; and his siblings, Lois Walker and John T. Kizziah.
He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Jones (Tommy); his grandson Joshua Birdsell (Siera); his great grandchild Joshua Tyler Birdsell; his granddaughter Ashley Denise Chancellor (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Reed Humphryes and Sadie Hestley; his grandson Sean Burleson (Terah); his son Roland Mitchell Kizziah; his grandchildren, Michael Ray Kizziah, Skylynn Kizziah and Amber Destiny Kizziah; his great grandchild Chantilly Kizziah; his grandson Billy Ray Kizziah (Nicole Raper); his great grandchild Natalie River Raper; his grandson Ridge Clark (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Sadie Rose Clark and John Mason Clark; his grandson Brandon Clark; his great grandchild Isaiah Cole Clark; his granddaughter Christina Marie Burroughs; his great grandchild Courtney DeShay Hill-Burroughs; his great great grandchildren, Kenzlie Vick, Daylan Hill and Nevaeh Burroughs Twigg; his grandson Ricky Hill; his great grandchild Hanna Sisson (Trey); his great great grandchildren, Braxton Ray and Brooks Sisson; his great grandchildren, Austin Hill and Ava Barger; his grandson Scottie Leigh Hill; his great grandchild Caitlyn Leigh Hill (Carson Copeland); his great great grandchild Bentley Kade Copeland; his grandson Donnie Lane Hill; his great great grandchildren, Lane Hill and Lance Hill; and his brothers, Terry Kizziah (Henry Richard Kizziah), Nickie Glynn Kizziah and Ricky Lee Kizziah.
