He is survived by: his children, Mim, Diane, JoAnn Ussery Kidd, David Mimnon Kidd and Sarah Diane Kidd; his stepson Barry Sanders; his wife Shirley Sanders Kidd; his daughters-in-law, Lisa Kidd and Wanda Sanders Davis; his stepson Ronnie Sanders (Sandra); his sister Helen Kidd Brown; his grandchildren, Jeremy Sanders (Kandy) of Hoover, Nicole Sanders Shaw (Jim) of Northport, Lori Sanders Stokes (Matthew) of Vestavia, Drew Kidd (Tori) of Madison and Derek Kidd (Haley) of Northport; and his great grandchildren, Sam Miller, Olivia Sanders, Everett Sanders, Madison Shaw, Carter Shaw, Jack Stokes, Lucy Stokes, Ollie Stokes, Jameson Kidd, Palmer Kidd and Jemma Kidd.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Park (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404).
