He is survived by: his wife Doris Bell; his children, Teniqua Bell, Sharon Philpot (Jerome), Sharon Washington, Frederick A. Bell, Ellery Bell and Andre Bell; and his sister Aldora Gamble of Jane Bell. He is also survived by one grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
