He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Eschol and Mattie Lou Robertson; his stepson Shane Meeks; and his sister-in-law Betty Jean Robertson. He is survived by: his stepsons, Marty and Aubrey Meeks; his siblings, Tony (Jackie), Bennie Robertson, Helen Stringfellow (Bill) and Bonnie Beasley (Tommy); and his pet Dixie. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
