She was predeceased by: her husband Hosia L. Ledbetter, Sr.; her parents, Walter Head and Florence Cochran; her daughter Debbie Benton; and her grandson Clint Stroud.
She is survived by: her children, Hosia L. Ledbetter, Jr. (Mary Lois), Rodney Ledbetter (Geraldine) and Donna Stroud (James); and her grandchildren, Jamie Davis (Glenn), Sandy Willis (Farrell), Marty Ledbetter (Stefanie), Chad Ledbetter (Amy), Lori Schonberger (Wesley Stinson), Monty Ledbetter (Christy), Ashley Jones (Cliff), Chris Ledbetter (Jennifer) and Jason Benton. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
