She is survived by : her children, William O. Smith, III (Darlene) and Deborah S. Cole; her grandson Timothy Scott Cole (Katie); her great grandchildren, Caleb Cole, Colyn Cole and Caroline Cole; her brother David Flowers (Trish); and her close friends, Eleanor Nichols and John Coon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
