He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Palmer and Ruby D. Caruthers Palmer; and his brother Steve Brickey. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Goforth; his daughter Heather Callen; his brother Dale Brickey; and his grandchildren, Caden Wells and Zoe Wells.
