He is survived by : his wife Lois Carol Fondren; his children, Jonathan Wade Fondren (Astonia), Sabrena Fondren Harris (Brandon), Brigette Ashe Johnson (Chad) and Brandy Barrett Fincher (Justin); his grandchildren, Haley Fondren, Natalie Fondren, Jonathan Fondren, Jr., Sadie Fondren, Braxdon Harris, Jaylon Harris, Nayt Harris, Katelyn Allman, Hannah Fincher and Hayden Fincher; and his siblings, Brenda Fondren Colburn (Jimmy), Barbara Fondren Dodson (Mike) and Lynn Fondren Johnston (Eddie).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 10th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Selma Church of God (2004 Highland Ave, Selma, AL 36701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 10th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
