He was predeceased by: his parent Allen Carlisle Sullivan; and his stepson Jason Sheppard. He is survived by: his spouse Karen Ward Sullivan; his parent Janice Faye Mabry Sullivan; his daughter Janice Sue Sullivan; his stepchildren, James Sheppard (Amanda) and Jennifer Gillion; his brother Jeff Sullivan (Lori); and his nephews, Peyton Sullivan and Dalton McClain.
