He was predeceased by : his father Barney Silas Shepard. He is survived by : his wife Pam Thomas Shepard; his children, Stephanie Shepard Lapp (Jeff), Emma Caroline Shepard, John Austin Shepard (Stacy) and Thomas Harris Shepard; his grandchildren, Caylee Ann Shepard and John Cade Shepard; his mother Emma "Betty" E Shepard; and his brothers, Lanny Shepard, Nick Shepard, Lee Shepard and Robby Shepard.
