He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Grady Billingsley and Evelyn Elizabeth Billingsley; and his sister Mary Evans. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn R. Billingsley; his children, Karen Berry (Dana) and Rev. Randy Billingsley (Lanette); his siblings, Clark Billingsley (Gayle) and Sharon Shirah; and his grandson Ben Billingsley. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 and family medical concerns the service will be for family only.
