He was predeceased by: his parents, Zadus Turner, Sr. and Ruth Thompson Turner; his brother Walter M. Turner; and his grandparents, Lloyd, Docia Turner and Artmemisa Thompson.
He is survived by: his friends, Dale, Jan McGee, Frances Beasley, Hugh and Lana Windle; his wife Diane Turner of Vernon, AL; his sons, Jody Turner (Ashley) of Sheffield, AL and Walt Turner (Cassy) of Vernon, AL; his grandchildren, Zane, Isabel Turner of Sheffield, AL, Wit and Wynter Turner of Vernon, AL; and his brother Zadus Turner (Martha) of Vernon, AL.
