It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Robert McGee of Vernon, Alabama, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McGee and Tezzie McGee of Fernbank, Ala.; his wife Mary Joyce Brown; his siblings, Ordelia McGee and Royal McGee; and his stepgrandson Steven King.
He is survived by: his children, Portia Johnson, Dale McGee (Sheryl) and Ricky McGee (Sunshine); his grandchildren, Ashley Peebles (Daniel), Bryan McGee and John Ross Johnson; his stepgranddaughter Heaven King; his great grandchildren, Charley, Colin Peebles, Brodi, Braner McGee and Jaxon Edington; and his sister-in-law Jean McGee. He is also survived by wife, and later their children.
