He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hollis Wright and Byrtha Pauline Mathis Wright; and his great-nephew Nicholas Adams. He is survived by: his brother James Hollis Wright, Jr. (Noble); his nephew James Kirk Wright (Kim); and his niece Jennifer Wright Adams Adams (Tom). He is also survived by eight grand nephews and nieces; and a host of cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vernon First United Methodist Church in Joe's memory.
