With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samantha Cantrell of Vernon, Alabama, born in Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sam, Mamie Lou Langford and Betty Jo Cantrell; and her close friend Lloyd Clanton. She is survived by: her parents, William Cantrell of Vernon, AL and Betty Langford of Vernon, AL; her daughters, Kara Colburn of Vernon, AL and Kaci Colburn; her stepson Kevin Clinton of Vernon, AL; her siblings, James Cantrell of Vernon, AL, Traci Hassell (Shane) and Staci Stevenson (Bob); her grandfather Pete Cantrell of Caledonia, MS; and her grandchildren, Aubree Colburn, Nyla Hale, Kiyra Hale and Braxton Davis.
