She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Tucker and Vinnie Tucker; and her sister Juanita Daniels. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Hall; her children, Randell Tolbert (Vicki), Windell Tolbert (Lori), Richard Lavon Hall (Lisa), Marsha Alayne Petty (Rodger) and Glenn Tolbert (Tammy); and her siblings, Deborah Forbes (Foster) and Thomas Ray Tucker. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
