He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Johnson DuBose. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Sprinkle (Ronnie) of Eldridge, AL and Crystal Evans of Fayette, AL; his grandchildren, Kaylea Johnson (Kevin), Jacey McGuire, Ty and Ali Burnett; his great grandchildren, Kurt and Klay Johnson; and his brother Danny DuBose (Tina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
