Blake; his sons, Stephen Campbell Blake (Ginger) and Scott Parker Blake (Allison); his grandchildren, Campbell Reeves Blake, Sullivan Hill Blake, Cole Parker Blake and Annette Elizabeth Blake (Anna Lee); and his brother Preston Blake (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
