He was predeceased by: his mother Vera Ungerman Hanna. He is survived by: his pets, Allie, Midget and Audrey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southern Heritage Funeral Home (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to The Big Oak Ranch, http://www.bigoak.org. or The Greater Birmingham Humane Society, https://gbhs.org family will receive friends on Saturday May 31, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a celebration of Pete's life at 12:00 pm in the Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham.
