He is survived by: his wife Betty Foster; his children, James Foster and Sarah Gartman (Joshua Rivers); his grandchildren, Jasmine Tolbert, Kelsie Tolbert, Brittney Gartman and Chase Gartman; his brother-in-law Danny Byrd; his nephews, Daniel Byrd (Bridget), Tyler Byrd (Krista) and Host; and his sister Donna Ray Byrd.
