He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Turner, Sr. and Josephine Case. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boroughs Turner; his children, Byron C. Loper, Marty Loper, Marcus V. Loper and Brittany Faulk; his grandsons, Joshua, Samuel and Lucas Faulk; his siblings, Donna Turner Johnson, Michelle "Micki" Jarman, Numerous and Gary S. Turner; and his stepfather Dave Case. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.
