He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Max Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Johnson of Titus; his mother Doris Johnson of Fayette; his children, Davey Johnson of Prattville, Chris Johnson and Jennifer Johnson of Tuscaloosa; and his sisters, Dana Mayo of Fayette and Amelia Wilson of Fayette. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
