She was predeceased by: her parents, William Minton Jr. and Thelma Crumpton; her siblings, William Minton III, Sarah "Snookie" Minton and Charlotte Allman; her daughter Sarah Pyles; and her grandson Thomas "Little Herbie" Forshey.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Forshey Jr. (Linda), Thomas "Herbie" Forshey and Susan Luckie (Eddy); her sister Teresa Strichik (Larry); her grandchildren, Jake Luckie, Katie Silverman (Grant), Lauren Miller (Joey), Joshua McElhone (Della), Chris Ciesla, Tiffany Moon (Eric), Kalyn Taunton and John Forshey (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Trinity, Bailey, Chandler, Braelynn, Camden, Talon, William, Walker, Savanna, Rebel, Ryan, Eddie, Landon, Jaxson, Adalee and Eli; her great great grandchildren, Ezra and Paxton; and her pet Reecie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thorington Road Baptist Church (450 Ray Thorington Rd, Montgomery, AL 36117). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, her request was to have donations to the American Cancer Society or Thorington Road Baptist Church.
