He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan; his brother-in-law Thomas Hornsby; his granddaughter Cheyenne Sullivan; and his nephew Brent Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Sullivan; his children, Roger Sullivan (Pam), Tabitha Hunter, Janna Roberts (Michael) and Debra Kay Luster (Wally); and his siblings, Wiley Sullivan, Paul Sullivan (Marsha), Donnie Sullivan (Cindy), Judy Hornsby and Bonnie Ryals (Gary). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
