She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther and Lillie Bell Garner Smith; her husband Lemuel Frank Boozer; and her siblings, Clint Smith, Jack Smith, Jesse Smith, Lillie Irene Smitherman, Dorothy Dutton, Myrtle Weaver and Sue Lott.
She is survived by: her children, Lemuel Earl Boozer (Judy), Leslie Frank Boozer (Tracy), Pamela Sue Mitchell (Thomas) and Kathy Darlene Stewart (Thomas); her sister Libby Lucas; her grandchildren, Denise Dennis, Robert Basler, William Basler (Jordin), Julie Wyatt, Michael McDonald (Jessica), Kathy Basham, Jessica Houlton (Adam), Reid Boozer (Maggie), Donna Graham (Jamie) and Cindy Leach (Kirk); her great grandchildren, Raegan Dennis, Kendyl Dennis, Bradley Basler, Madilyn Basler, Matias Wyatt, Oliver Wyatt, McKenzie Houlton, Cheyenne Buckner, Carson Buckner, Colton Buckner, Preston Houlton, Paisley Houlton, Blake Houlton, Asher Boozer, Aiden Boozer, Damian Daniels, Alex Daniels, Tucker Basham, Jessica Leach, Taylor Norris, Carrie Lane, Savannah Graham and Carver Bruggeman; and her great great grandchildren, Alexis Lester, Ella Lane, Stella Lane, Leah Oxendine, Landon Oxendine, Waylon Britt, Hunner Britt and Hudson Britt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
