She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cleveland and Anna Hanson Cleveland; and her siblings, Roger Cleveland and Phyllis Groth. She is survived by: her husband Herbert P. Bush; and her children, Ricky J. Bush (Vicki) and Robin W. Bush (Denise). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, the Gosport Cemetery Fund or The Methodist Children's Home.
