He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulbaldine Pescia and Rosemary E. Pescia; his grandson David Rhodes III; and his brothers, Ricky and Michael Pescia.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jacobs Pescia of Wilsonville, AL; his children, Gail L. Rhodes (David), John R. Kelley, Hellene K. Preston (Benjamin), Giuliana McCullum (Drew) and Melessa Harper (Jeff); and his sisters, Michelle Jackson (Keith) and Adriana Tabler.
