He is survived by: his sister Cathy Cox Wade (Mel); his sisters-in-law, Sara Ketcham (Jason) and Heather Gaston (Harvey); his sibling's children, Jared Wade (Ali) of Justin Wade, J. L., Aubrey Ketcham, Emma Gaston and Sandralynn Ketcham; his great-nephew A. C. Wade (Closest); and his cousin Vickie Patterson Moseley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Bethsalem Baptist Church or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama.
