She is survived by : her parents, Ethan Fowler and Carla Waters Fowler of Woodland; her brother Sylas Fowler; her grandparents, Franky Waters, Scott Fowler and Stacey Fowler; and her great-grandparents, Virginia Laney, Annie Waters, Don, Judy Gay and Linda Norris.
