She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Baker Sr. and Hattie Merle Hammock Baker; her husband Garvell Parmer, Sr.; her children, Garvell Parmer, Jr. and Tina M. Herzog; and her siblings, Marvin Baker, Jr., Lorene Hurst and Althea Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Victoria P. Anderson (David) of Opelika, Deborah Williams (Ricky) of Pinson, Cynthia Lane (Ronnie) of Opelika, Rex Parmer (Julie) of Opelika, Rhoda M. Conway of Penton and Pam Standridge (Michael, Sr.) of Opelika. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
