He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Rice and Lora Arnold Rice; and his sisters, Fredia King and Loretta Conyers. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Williams Rice of Altus; his daughters, Louise Riggs of Altus, Shirley Eddy of Hartman and Brenda Shaffer of Ozark, Arkansas; and his brothers, J. D. Rice of Alix, Vernon Rice of Altus and Donald Rice of Plainview. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
