He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Hughes and Ella Lorene Adcock Hughes; his wife Rebecca Jane Reese Hughes; his children, Sherry Ann Hughes of Hot Springs, Susan M. Barnett (Stephen) of Hot Springs and Timothy R. Hughes of Texas; his grandson Kellun Barnett of Hot Springs; his sister Linda Sorrell of Hot Springs; and his brother-in-law Tom Reese of Milan, Ohio. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 66% of the total seating capacity occupied at the church, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times.
