He was predeceased by : his parents, William Logan Hobbs and Nellie Hobbs (Adams); his children, Greg Hobbs, Glen David Hobbs and Ruth Ann Hobbs; and his siblings, Don, Dale, Jim and Betty Young.

He is survived by : his children, Amanda Hobbs of Fisher, Illinois, Randy William Hobbs of Ash Flat, David Lore Hobbs of Ash Flat and Joe Allen Hobbs (Donna) of Mahomet, Illinois; and his siblings, Reva Cox, Mike Hobbs (Tammy), John D. Hobbs (Lynn), Roger Hobbs, Ernie Hobbs, Danny Hobbs and Bob Hobbs.

Memorials may be made to FNBC to a memorial fund for William Hobbs.
