She was predeceased by : her parents, James "Jim" Temple and Ethel Bradley Temple; her husbands, John Kulbeth Jr. and James O. Wolfe; her daughters, Suzanne Kulbeth and Stacy Kulbeth Hays; and her sisters, Lynell Meek and Laverne Stough.
She is survived by : her daughter Pamela Kulbeth Moseley of Arizona; her stepchildren, Jennifer Dennis of Little Rock, AR., Rex Kulbeth Krammer of Texas, James O Wolfe Jr. of Camden, AR. and Marty Wolfe of Camden, AR.; her sister Charlene Stough of Texas; her grandchildren, Alex B. Kulbeth of Arizona, Dallas C. Hays of Hermitage, AR and Justice Tan Hays Reynolds (Jeremy) of New Edinburg, AR.; and her great grandchildren, Gavyn Hays, Mason Hays, Addison Khloe Lynn Hays, Easton Reynolds and Marlee Reynolds.
