It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Eugene Bishop (Batesville, Arkansas), who passed away on November 25, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lee and Lily May Sarah Frances; and his brothers, Melvin of Arkansas, Ray of Arkansas and Jimmy Bishop of Arkansas.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Vance Bishop; his children, Deborah Bishop Taube, Glenda Bishop Hall (Bruce) and Billy Eugene Bishop, Jr. (Rhonda); and his siblings, Tom Bishop, Norman Bishop (Debria) and Dorothy Treadway (Abby). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
