It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Freda Hayslip (Batesville, Arkansas), born in Pleasant Plains, Arkansas, who passed away on December 22, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cheatum Samuel Casey and Lilly Casey (Headley); her husband Richard Hayslip; and her siblings, Alvin Casey, Clifford Casey, Ira Casey, Kenneth Casey, Merlin Casey, Quenton Roy Casey, Velta Casey, Vivian Casey and Geneva Casey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margie Graham (Otto) of Cord-Charlotte, Linda Abernathy (Paul) of Pleasant Plains, Sharen Townsley (Eugene) of Batesville and Roletta Amos (Floyd Tillery) of Batesville; her siblings, Stanley Casey (Carol) of Quapaw, Oklahoma and Olena Hertz of Pleasant Plains; and her grandchildren, Rodney Sutterfield, Randy Sutterfield, Steven Lindsey, Bly Townsley and Erica Miller. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
