He is survived by: his spouses, Craig Ivy and Mary Ivy (Hull); his daughters, Renee Bednar of Batesville, Kelly Hopper (Daren) of Batesville and Joni Davis (Chris) of Batesville; his stepchildren, Angela Price (Ronnie) of Damascus, Donna Herring of Greenbrier and Chris Scroggins (Pamela) of Seattle, Washington; his siblings, Cathy Brooks (Charles), Linda McCarroll (Jack) and Benny Dale Ivy (Brenda) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Tami Roberts, Josh Price, Shannon Herring, Charlie Scroggins, Genevieve Scroggins, Meagan Ivy, Whitney Hopper, Lexi Hopper, Logan Davis, Taylor Davis and Kyle Davis.
