He was predeceased by : his parents, R. E. Fowler and Wanda Beetle; and his brother James Elbert Fowler. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Fowler (Price); his children, David A. Fowler (Brandee) of Batesville and Jennifer Holcomb (Jason) of White Hall; and his siblings, Johnny Fowler (Dena) and Ulena Bradshaw (Russell) of Harrison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
