He was predeceased by : his parents, Napoleon Evans and Earie Evans; his wife Jane; and his siblings, Raymond, Marvelle, Mary, Reba and Linda.
He is survived by : his children, Michael Evans (Julie) of Milton, Tim Evans of Janesville and Amy Evans of Janesville; his grandchildren, Chase Evans, Trevor Evans, Sydney Evans and Tommy Adams (Andria); his great grandchild Blaine Adams; and his sister Donna Kellett.
