She was predeceased by : her parents, Benjamin Franklin Northern and Jennie Marie Northern (Hoover); her daughter Carolyn Elizabeth Corley (Shelton); her former life partner Miller Burrow; her husband Billy Shaw; her siblings, Willie Northern, Bobby Northern, Kenneth Northern, Frances Patterson, Betty Stevens and Flora Bonner; her son Jeff Burrow; her stepdaughter Shannon Shaw; and her granddaughter Jennie Burrow.
She is survived by : her sons, David Calvin Burrow, Jeffery Alan Burrow and Donald; her grandchildren, Jeremy Burrow, Bradley Burrow, Amy Clifton, Lilly Burrow, Gregory Corley, Marcus Corley, Jacob Burrow and Benjamin Burrow; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Burrow-Allega, Anastasia Burrow, David Clifton, Chole Clifton, Miller Burrow, Lindsey Corley and Peyton Corley.
Per Helen's wishes, she was cremated and due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, no formal services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Project in the name of Private Jennie Burrow, 10th Mountain Division, United States Army.
