Mullens of Benton; his stepson Brinson Williams (Kellye) of Lonsdale; his brother Therell Ray Mullens (Ann) of Rose Bud; his father Theo David Mullens of Benton; his grandchildren, Sydni Varhalla (Steven), Alexandria Cooney (Cyle), Calvin and Brinson; and his great grandchildren, Addyson, Kamdyn and Stetson.
Memorials may be made to the Children's Home in Morrilton and the Shriner's Childrens Hospital.
