She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy and Lois Medcalf Hulsey; her stepmother Bonnie Hulsey (Ray Whitfield); her daughters, Marsha Jean Whitfield and Debbie Prewett; her daughter-in-law Stacy Whitfield; her grandchildren, Kenny, Shelly Prewett, Angel and Richard Whitfield; and her siblings, Ross Hulsey, Ronnie Hulsey and Reva Barclay.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Huddleston (David) of Benton and Ricky Whitfield of Malvern; her son-in-law Charles Prewett of Malvern; her grandchildren, Michael Prewett (Denise), Jeremie Huddleston (Brandy) and Cody Whitfield (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Tiffany, Tyler (Shelby), Hunter Huddleston, Dianna Wells and Kadience Prewett; her great great grandchildren, Austin Huddleston and Bentley Huddleston; and her siblings, Gayle Hulsey, Vera Milam, Linda Norman, Lena Hussey and Ann Weaver.
